Per the 2024 "Early Childhood Business Council's FAMILY FRIENDLY CITY SUMMT Final Report" there are more than 16,000 spaces needed for lower cost childcare education centers in Colorado Springs, with our new location being in the heart of the need.

Our new space is designed to rent to a low-cost childcare provider willing to provide necessary services for up to 80 children simultaneously during normal weekday work hours.
