Why Bother?

📢 When Ministry Feels Like a Waste—Why Bother?

Jonathan Edwards led one of the greatest revivals in history, yet saw many fall away. Nehemiah rebuilt Jerusalem and witnessed a powerful renewal—only to return later and find the people had rebelled. What do we do when we pour our hearts into God’s kingdom, our families, and our relationships, only to see things crumble?

💡 The Answer? We engage in building God’s kingdom for His glory—because the Lord remembers.

✔️ Some will rebel, no matter how much we love, teach, and invest.

✔️ That doesn’t mean we stop loving them. Nehemiah didn’t quit—he rebuked, reformed, and restored.

✔️ We do it all for the Lord. He sees, He knows, and He rewards faithfulness.

Paul’s last words remind us: Fight the good fight. Finish the race. Keep the faith. Because at the end of it all, it’s not about the results—it’s about faithfulness to God.
